Critical Edition Project - The Works of Valerijs Černohajev

A scholarly critical edition and English translation of the Černohajev Papers, a privately produced corpus of Soviet-era technical manuscripts on Gravitational-Charge Dualism (GCD), UFO/“TYS” propulsion, and galactic dynamics. The edition presents each work in three layers (facsimile source description, Russian transcription, and literal English translation) followed by editorial reconstruction and critical commentary benchmarking the manuscripts against contemporary physics and astronomy. It aims to preserve the structure and voice of the original documents while making their content technically legible to modern readers, documenting errors, internal revisions, and cross-references across the twelve numbered works and associated engineering papers.
